We're seeking a talented and seasoned commercial contract lawyer with extensive experience in sales, partnership, and procurement transactions in HR Tech and/or SaaSโas well as leading and guiding a team of up-and-coming commercial lawyers. Key priorities for this role include:
Serving as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for Commercial Legal and leading the team to provide excellent legal support for sales, partnership, and vendor contract reviews and negotiations.
Empowering GTM teams to go upmarket and close enterprise-level customers by upgrading commercial terms and templates, simplifying sales contracting processes, and proactively training GTM teams in close collaboration with Legal and GTM stakeholder
