Workday Contract and Journeys Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting business processes, including Offer, Employment Agreement, and Onboarding steps.
• Design and maintain automated offer letters and employment contracts using Workday Docs and calculated fields.
• Build, test, and maintain personalized Workday Journeys using the platform's configuration tools, templates, and capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, with significant expertise in Workday Recruiting and Workday Journeys.
• Strong proficiency with Workday Onboarding, Workday Docs, calculated fields, the Business Process Framework (BPF), and document-generation configuration.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder status required; availability for a 6+ month contract engagement.
