Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end category management processes, from raw data analysis to creating actionable selling stories.
- Collaborate directly with Sales teams and regional grocery retailers to ensure strategies are executed in-store.
- Drive growth by identifying key opportunities in assortment, shelving, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field and 5+ years in Category Management or Shopper Insights within CPG/beverage.
- Must have proven ability to turn retail and shopper data into customer-facing recommendations.
- Experience with syndicated data tools like Nielsen or IRI/Circana and proficiency in Excel or Power BI is essential.
