Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Generative AI and agentic AI solutions.
- Design and build foundational shared AI capabilities including platform, runtime, and agent frameworks.
- Establish engineering practices for AI evaluation, model risk, observability, and responsible AI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; 10+ years in software engineering or AI/ML.
- 4+ years hands-on with Generative AI in production; experience building agentic systems.
- Strong Python skills and experience with AWS and modern AI services like Amazon Bedrock.
