Job Description

As the Revenue & Strategy Enablement Specialist at OpenX, you will be at the heart of our go-to-market (GTM) excellence. This strategic role ensures that sales, marketing, deal operations, and product teams are enabled with best-in-class onboarding, content, tools, and systems. You will lead the design and execution of onboarding programs, oversee learning management strategy and governance, and serve as a key owner of cross-functional enablement initiatives. Your work will empower teams to drive performance, adopt AI-driven solutions, and future-proof our enablement function. The key responsibilities include owning the design, development, and execution of GTM onboarding programs to drive ramp-time efficiency and role clarity, lead strategy and governance of our Learning Management System (LMS), and manage enablement for Salesforce workflows.
