The Demand Generation team has one core mission: create pipeline for the revenue team. As Head of Demand Generation US, you own pipeline creation for the US market to speed up 360Learningβs growth. You will join a global team of experts: 3 other Head of Demand Generation in the UK, France, and Germany and 2 Paid Marketing experts. You will work alongside our Marketing Operations team, our Events team and our Brand & Content team. Within 1 month, you will collaborate with the North American Paid Marketing Manager to create your 1st marketing experiments on paid channels. Within 3 months, you will be accountable for achieving our North American SQL targets and define and execute your marketing experiment roadmap to monitor & improve all marketing touchpoints. Within 6 months, you will collaborate with the rest of the North American marketing team to create more ambitious & complex campaigns. Within 12 months, you will convert the learnings from your marketing experiments into strategic insights to build the North America marketing roadmap.
