Associate Manager, Cloud Operations

You will be a key technical leader in supporting Applied’s global SaaS strategy for Applied products. You will be required to provide technical leadership and guidance to the Cloud Operations team and manage team activities while working to resolve open issues. The position also participates in the overall administration of incident, problem, change, availability, and capacity management. You will lead the 24x7x365 Cloud Operations Technician team to optimal productivity while ensuring operational efficiency, accurate change processing, and excellent service delivery. You will also define and refine highly effective operations processes that ensure the stability and uptime of the production Cloud Systems while servicing customer requests, and with a hyper-focus on continual improvement. You should always ensure secure handling of Cloud customer data. You will manage, coach, develop, and mentor staff.
