Senior Manager, FP&A Risk Adjustment

What You Will Do:

• Lead the FP&A function for the Risk Adjustment organization, serving as a trusted business partner.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and career growth.
• Own the preparation and review of monthly revenue and expense forecasts for the Risk Adjustment P&L.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of corporate FP&A or finance business partnering experience, with strong people leadership.
• Deep understanding of P&L, GAAP, and financial modeling; advanced Excel and SQL skills preferred.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Work Environment:

• Remote, US-based position with occasional travel as needed.
• Long periods of sitting and standing in front of a computer using video technology.
• Work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote environment.
