- Gather and act on candidate feedback to continuously enhance the recruitment process.
Strategy and Collaboration:
- Design innovative recruiting strategies tailored to the veterinary industry's unique challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends and best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Foster partnerships with veterinary schools, associations, and external recruiters.
Performance and Improvement:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
- Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
