  • Design innovative recruiting strategies tailored to the veterinary industry's unique challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends and best practices to internal stakeholders.
  • Foster partnerships with veterinary schools, associations, and external recruiters.

Performance and Improvement:

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
