Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute data updates across Salesforce.
- Maintain data integrity and support data migration efforts.
- Execute opportunity splits and billing related object creation.
Billing & Order Operations Execution:
- Support Billing Automation Project by creating and maintaining billing-related objects.
- Own order management workflows and ensure accurate system updates tied to invoicing and bookings.
- Partner with RevOps leadership to improve billing processes and operational efficiency.
Reporting, Dashboarding & Requests:
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards based on prioritized business needs.
- Fulfill ad hoc reporting and Smartsheet requests independently.
- Support data visualization and reporting needs for pipeline and operational insights.
