Senior Regional Marketing Manager, Nordics

This is a strategic and hands-on role leading full-funnel marketing campaigns and localized execution across the Nordics and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). You have the opportunity to create hyper-targeted, data-driven campaigns in close partnership with the Marketing Automation Lead—delivering measurable pipeline impact and long-term brand equity. This key position representing the Nordics within a global marketing team, adapting EMEA strategy to local market dynamics, customer behaviors, and sales motions. This is also a balance of strategic planning and tactical execution—whether launching persona-driven, intent-based campaigns or managing presence at high-impact regional events. You'll adapt the overarching EMEA marketing strategy to reflect the Nordics market dynamics and sales goals, owning regional go-to-market planning and coordinating with Product, Content, and Digital teams to ensure local relevance and impact. The role drives pipeline and brand visibility by executing integrated campaigns across digital, content, direct mail, and outbound, working closely with the Marketing Automation Lead to enhance reach and effectiveness.
