Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy in partnership with the Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.
- Optimize sales processes, systems and analytics for effective team performance management.
- Provide deal coaching/guidance on individual deals from stakeholder engagement to pricing strategies and effective negotiation to win more deals.
About You:
- 10+ years in progressive sales roles with 5+ years in sales leadership directly managing senior account executives.
- A demonstrated track record of success, with consistent meeting or exceeding sales targets with experience successfully growing a company from ~$30M to ~$60M in ARR.
- Globally-minded, energetic personality with a good sense of humor.
