Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy in partnership with the Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Optimize sales processes, systems and analytics for effective team performance management.
  • Provide deal coaching/guidance on individual deals from stakeholder engagement to pricing strategies and effective negotiation to win more deals.

About You:

  • 10+ years in progressive sales roles with 5+ years in sales leadership directly managing senior account executives.
  • A demonstrated track record of success, with consistent meeting or exceeding sales targets with experience successfully growing a company from ~$30M to ~$60M in ARR.
  • Globally-minded, energetic personality with a good sense of humor.
