Job Description
Flywire is seeking a hands-on and customer-centric Application Support Engineer II. The role involves engaging with internal employees to detail issues, detecting and solving production issues, and maintaining documentation. The engineer will become an expert in Flywire products, triage issues, and find opportunities for support process improvement and staff training. They will provide maintenance and support for applications, perform Tier-1 knowledge transfers, and resolve Tier-2 issues, escalating Tier-3 issues. Assisting in evaluations, configurations, and installations of new releases, as well as responding to application-related queries from remote end users, are also key tasks.
