The KX Operations Associate role provides support to the KX (HR) team and Krakenites. The first point of contact for HR related questions. Requires flexibility to take on a variety of tasks.
- Answer questions regarding policies and procedures.
- Review and audit the hire process.
- Action data updates in Workday.
- Review and update internal and external process documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
