Job Description
The Project Intake Consultant supports the Director of Strategy in delivering high-impact strategic RevOps engagements for our end clients. This person will evaluate, scope, process, and manage new project requests, assessing technical feasibility and strategic alignment, facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Client Strategy & Support involves meeting with clients, gathering requirements, presenting recommendations, and capturing strategic business and RevOps technology needs. The role also includes evaluating business operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions, translating client business objectives into strategic HubSpot and RevOps roadmaps, and preparing strategy deliverables.
Project Feasibility & Scoping focuses on determining which projects to pursue by reviewing proposals, assisting with project planning, maintaining documentation, tracking deadlines, and managing project handoffs. HubSpot Demos & Configuration includes acting as the primary client contact, building demo environments, and assisting in feasibility assessments.
