New Senior Associate, Marketplace, DashPass Growth Strategy & Operations

As a Senior Associate on the DashPass S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key strategic initiatives to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth. The role will focus specifically on optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving strategic growth actions, and developing our go-to-market strategy for key occasions & seasonal moments. You will report into the Senior Manager on our DashPass Growth team. Strategize and Develop sound acquisition strategies using customer-first thinking. Identify emerging trends and determine when to scale. Own and operationalize data-driven experiments across promotional campaigns to net new in-app creative assets, optimizing for what resonates with our consumers. Assess the operational and financial impacts of your initiatives, using insights to iterate. Partner with a variety of teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Finance to execute on plans.
