This role involves driving the utilization of the da Vinci surgical system by providing clinical and system support during OR case procedures. Responsibilities include supporting symposiums, exhibitions, and market development events. A key aspect is integrating the da Vinci system at new customer sites through robotic programs to ensure ongoing commitment.
The Clinical Sales Representative will conduct system training for surgeons and hospital staff, deliver system in-service and on-site training, and provide mentorship to new hires. The role also involves managing administrative tasks, resolving customer issues related to contracts and services, and developing sales plans tailored to the local market. Furthermore, It requires developing a clinical plan for surgical teams to ensure independent system use within a reasonable timeframe and driving sales of instruments and accessories through new product introductions and solution selling.
