Job Description
The Platform Analyst is a dynamic, hands-on role in Employer Services (ES), responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing platform solutions and individual system components that allow departments and IT services. You will focus on optimizing services by balancing availability, security, efficiency, and functionality.
Collaborate with Platform Senior Leads to support short- and long-term platform roadmaps. Ensure the availability of Microsoft Windows environments within a hybrid cloud infrastructure. Support Azure Cloud environments and Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) administration. Maintain platform monitoring solutions. Help deploy and manage endpoint security measures. Automate processes to enhance management tasks and operational efficiency. Contribute to disaster recovery execution. Conduct hardware and software audits to maintain compliance with policies.
