Multi-state Payroll
Role Overview:
- Oversee multi-state payroll operations for a growing portfolio of businesses.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant employee compensation.
- Act as a key member of the finance function supporting acquisitions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and biweekly payrolls across multiple companies, states, and legal entities.
- Manage complex compensation components including commissions, bonuses, draws, deductions, reimbursements, and PTO accruals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including California wage and hour requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience managing multi-state payroll operations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and experience with BambooHR Payroll or similar HRIS platforms.
