Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

• Support and guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and all the stakeholders involved.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team at global and regional levels.

Sourcing and Networking:

• Build networks and communities with a variety multi-sourcing channels including social media.
• Utilize sourcing techniques to pipeline and source talent.
• Leverage relationships with the business to reinforce hiring collaboration.

Problem Solving and Exposure:

• Think out of the box and manage daily challenges with problem solving.
• Be exposed to a wide variety of roles, with different grade of seniority and technicality.
• Keen to learn and acquire new knowledge and techniques.
