Position Description:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality professional development that supports program implementation.
  • Partner with Regional Engagement Manager to align training and monitor effectiveness.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years in professional development, training, or instructional coaching in K–12 or EdTech.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact learning sessions both virtually and in-person.
  • Background in literacy instruction and the science of reading with strong facilitation skills.
