Be the primary owner of the provider-to-assignment matching process, applying the established guidelines to prioritize deals and align providers based on clinical fit, licensing, and utilization goals

What You’ll Need:

1–3 years of experience in a high-volume operational, coordination, or data management role, preferably within a staffing, recruiting, or healthcare/education services environment
Proven ability to manage high-volume daily workflows, including owning and triaging ticket queues (like ZenDesk) and executing defined processes
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to maintain data integrity and proper documentation of all provider outreach and assignments
