What You'll Do:
- Own recurring reporting in Excel and reconcile inconsistencies across data sources.
- Partner on automation work in Salesforce and Claude to improve data workflows.
- Help manage the operations and maintenance relationships with EPC firms and property managers.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in an operations, finance, or analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills to run monthly production reports and extract insights.
- Comfortable navigating Salesforce records and building reports.
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on project management experience.
- Genuine interest in solar, clean energy, or commercial real estate.
