Salesforce Business Analyst

In this role, you'll bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business needs and drive process efficiency. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify areas for Salesforce-driven improvement, managing Scrum processes, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting user training. The position also involves development and maintenance of internal support documentation, release notes, and training materials.
