Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Collections at L5 will plan and execute independent projects, demonstrate expertise in collections, and evaluate stakeholder priorities. They will develop strong working relationships with adjacent teams, synthesize team issues, and advise managers on performance strategies. Setting departmental OKRs, analyzing delinquency patterns, and serving as a mentor are also key responsibilities. Establishing policies, supporting automation, and ensuring cash application accuracy are crucial for achieving collections goals and maintaining compliance.
