Job Description
As a Sr. Pricing & Packaging Manager at ExtraHop, you’ll develop and execute pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy & Operations, you’ll partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Product, Sales, and Finance to shape pricing models, define packaging approaches, and implement scalable processes. You’ll play a key role in evaluating profitability and ensure pricing integrity across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage implementation of pricing and packaging – work with various stakeholders across the company
Negotiate and influence internally to drive adoption of new pricing structures and strategies
Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability
Develop and maintain internal controls over pricing activities to ensure compliance
Collaborate with Rev Ops / Deal desk on effective adoption of pricing guidelines
Translate strategy and analysis into documented operational requirements for implementation of approved pricing actions
Maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor overall SKU health, data integrity and other key objectives and performance indicators
Establish pricing for new products based on projected demand and profitability
Work closely with other teams to track movements in costs
Analyze price change requests by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume and competitor price levels
Track market trends and keeping up to date on prices in the ecosystem
Understanding multi-tier sales model and the impact on price setting
