Founder's Associate / Operations Associate

In this high-impact role, you will work directly with the founder to own critical financial projections, support business operations, and lead strategic initiatives across finance, marketing, sales, and internal systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience in all facets of building a tech-driven company from the ground up. Key responsibilities include financial operations such as building financial models and monitoring budget performance; sales and marketing operations such as developing lead generation strategies and managing marketing automation campaigns; and project management and strategic support such as coordinating cross-functional initiatives and implementing AI tools. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup, with strong financial modeling and proficiency in CRM and sales outreach platforms. Technical curiosity, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills are also highly valued.
