Job Description

As Regional Sales Manager for Germany and Austria, you will lead the full commercial cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—executing our sales strategy through a strong partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for building Wingtra’s presence in the region from the ground up, including establishing our partner network, driving new customer acquisition, and acting as a strategic ambassador for our technology. A key focus of this role is business development: actively generating demand through regular product demonstrations, field engagement, and participation in surveying and geospatial events across Germany. Your ability to create local visibility and position Wingtra as the preferred solution for aerial data collection will be essential. This high-impact position requires persistence, adaptability, and proactive client engagement. Based in Germany, you will be at the forefront of the fast-growing drone industry, gaining hands-on expertise across a wide range of geospatial applications.
