Job Description
The Global Head of People Services & Total Rewards will provide strategic leadership across Total Rewards and People Services, while ensuring alignment with business goals, financial plans, and global regulatory requirements. The role champions a cohesive vision for HR operations and reward strategy, integrating equity, performance, and compliance. They will also lead global HR operations including employee relations, data management, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. Drive the optimisation of HR systems and champion AI-driven innovations to enhance automation, analytics, and user experience. This role will direct the global Employee Relations function, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant handling of workplace issues, investigations, performance management, and policy enforcement.
