Human Resources Generalist - Southern California - Remote

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for full cycle HR tactics while supporting company goals and employee relations. The role involves supporting managers and employees as their general point of contact on all matters. This includes General benefits knowledge, employee relations full-service support, HRIS support and information management, compliance related activities, recruitment support when needed, and coordination of any employee leaves. Additional responsibilities include staying aware of any employment and case law, providing high-level customer service, reviewing compensation for FLSA compliance, handling employment-related inquiries, creating internal policies and procedures, and ensuring HIPAA & OSHA compliance. The position is remote, working during Pacific Time, with potential for occasional travel to New York City. Schedule is approximately 8am-5pm PST, Monday - Friday.
