Design, develop, and evaluate high-impact learning solutions that drive performance and close skill gaps across the organization. This role requires expertise in instructional systems design, adult learning theory, and the ability to create both instructor-led and digital learning experiences tailored to a diverse audience. How You'll Contributeโฆ Instructional Design & Development: Conduct needs assessments, job/task analyses, and audience analysis to define performance gaps and define learning objectives. Design interactive, visually appealing learning experiences using effective instructional materials including: Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual ILT eLearning modules and multimedia content On-the-Job training programs Assessments, job aids, tip sheets, and performance support tools. Redesign or update existing training materials based on learner feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business needs.
