Role Summary:
- Executive leadership role unifying PMO and Delivery Lead functions across complex technology engagements.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery health, including methodology, governance, budgets, and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own performance, quality, and delivery outcomes across PMO and Delivery Lead functions.
- Partner with senior leadership to establish strategic objectives and manage enterprise-level KPIs.
- Act as executive escalation point and trusted advisor for high-priority client engagements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years in technology services with at least 7 years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record leading project delivery, budgets of $10M+, and governance frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies, with PMP or similar certifications preferred.
