Job Description
The Sales Leader will build and lead a sales organization to execute a value-based go-to-market strategy. This leader will translate the business unit's mission of 'Zero Customer Downtime' into tangible sales results. This role involves driving revenue and margin growth to double the business by 2028 through leading sales execution across existing and new channels.
Responsibilities include training the sales organization to execute a value-based selling process, implementing a rigorous operating rhythm based on CRM data, utilizing BI tools to identify market trends, and recruiting and managing the sales team. The Sales Leader will also develop strategic sales plans, act as the voice of the customer, and engage with key customers to strengthen relationships.
