Serve as a player-coach, leading the Deal Strategy team within Revenue Operations, guiding and mentoring team members on deal structure, pricing governance, and deal quality standards. Oversee day-to-day Deal Desk activities, ensuring timely and accurate support for Sales and Customer Success teams across new business, expansion, and renewals. Act as a primary liaison for escalations and approvals involving Legal, Accounting, Finance, and RevOps, ensuring cross-functional alignment on non-standard terms. Develop and maintain regular reporting on KPIs related to deal velocity, approval rates, discount trends, and CPQ throughput, providing insights that inform strategic planning and identify opportunities for process improvement. Partner with Sales Operations and Legal to maintain standards across contracting touchpoints.
