What You'll Do:

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience working with local governments or utility agencies in management or leadership roles.
- Proven project management capabilities and strong communication skills.
