Role Overview:
- Combine business analysis, quality assurance, and Agile product delivery within a distributed international team.
- Cover the full product lifecycle from workflow discovery and user stories through MVP delivery, testing, UAT, and post-release support.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document operational workflows and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Design functional test cases, execute manual testing, manage defects, and identify automation opportunities.
- Lead UAT, support beta testing, and contribute to change management and post-release support.
Requirements & Benefits:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, ideally in Agile environments.
