Senior Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Analyst

Business Analysis & Requirements:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document process workflows.
• Elicit and document requirements, capture user stories in Jira, and ensure traceability to objectives.
• Keep the team aligned with MVP definitions and time constraints.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Translate expected processes into well-written functional test cases and execute manual testing.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to compile regression and performance test cases.
• Log, track, and manage defects, and partner with Product Owners to identify risks.

UAT & Change Management:

• Lead user acceptance testing to validate requirements and collaborate during beta testing.
• Assist with change management efforts, including training content creation and communication.
• Interact with users to troubleshoot errors and guide product adoption.
