Senior Operations Lead

Accountabilities:

• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
• Automate manual processes using AI tools and no-code platforms before engineering involvement.
• Train internal teams on AI adoption and develop documentation and guides.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting.
• Proven daily use of AI tools with tangible examples.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn systems quickly.
