Corporate Counsel

OP Labs is seeking a highly motivated attorney to serve as Corporate Counsel. This role will report to the General Counsel and be tasked with driving forward the commercial and corporate functions on the legal team. The Corporate Counsel will own the cross-functional relationships with the business development and partnerships team, and will also assist the legal team with other general matters common to in-house support (e.g. HR, IP and regulatory). Responsibilities include providing practical commercial support to business development and partnership teams, offering thoughtful and timely legal advice to internal partners, advising the People team on hiring and employment matters, managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio, and creatively solving problems for the business.
