Senior Manager, Global P2P Accounting Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• P2P Accounting Operations: Lead strategic procurement-to-pay execution, ensuring PO matching, invoice workflows, and disbursements are accurate and compliant.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a global AP team, fostering a culture of accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Process Excellence & Automation: Drive technology integration with tools like NetSuite, Coupa, and Zip to optimize AP performance and eliminate manual friction.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 10+ years in corporate accounting or global AP, with 3+ years managing multi-entity P2P operations in a SOX-compliant environment.
• Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Zip, and Coupa, plus knowledge of multi-currency processing and indirect taxes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with Procurement, Treasury, and business stakeholders to align operations with financial goals.
