Senior Health Plan Partnerships Manager, EAP

Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, deeply understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure smooth rollouts of BetterHelp services, including project planning and operational execution. Deliver partner-facing demos, onboarding sessions, and training presentations (virtual and occasional in-person). Lead MBR and QBR meetings with health plans, strengthening relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Maintain a consistent communication cadence with partners, sharing BetterHelp updates, utilization trends, and outcome metrics to drive engagement. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve partner issues, ensuring timely solutions and high satisfaction. You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.
