About the role:
- Serve as the first Technical Integration Specialist on the Partnerships team, bridging technology and partner relationships.
- Support product managers with context, triage questions with partners, and advocate for optimal integration design.
What you'll do:
- Lead the technical review of partner documentation, including MISMO fields, to assess risks and integration complexity.
- Coordinate certification, troubleshooting, and maintenance of partner integrations from testing through launch.
