Junior Technical Product Manager, Valuations

Internal Stakeholder Management & Feature Delivery:

• Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to understand their technical pain points and internal tooling needs.
• Translate internal business needs into clear, technical requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
• Prioritize and maintain a backlog of internal technical requests, ensuring engineering resources are aligned with the highest-impact internal needs.

Production Support & Issue Triage:

• Act as the first point of contact for technical production issues escalated by internal teams.
• Perform initial investigations of reported bugs, attempting to replicate issues and gather necessary technical logs or data before passing them to engineering.
• Categorize and prioritize bugs based on business impact, severity, and frequency, and keep internal teams updated on status.

Knowledge Management & Team Enablement:

• Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive internal technical knowledge base.
• Write clear, digestible documentation that explains technical product capabilities, limitations, and workflows to non-technical audiences.
• Host training sessions for internal teams when major technical updates or new internal tools are released.
