Looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month temporary assignment with the potential opportunity to extend further. This role provides full-cycle recruitment for our R&D teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, IT, etc.). This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest growing startup companies in the world and help lay the foundation for our dedicated Talent Acquisition team. We welcome recruiters looking to grow and leave their impression on recruitment processes, employer branding, and our culture.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, developing and implementing recruitment processes, overseeing interview preparation, and navigating ATS platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of technical recruiting experience, a track record of scaling high-performing R&D teams, and experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
