Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for users regarding everything from onboarding hosts to recommending locations.
- Provide friendly and efficient service via all contact channels to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-6 years Corporate CX Experience and familiarity with Intercom or similar CRM.
- Passion for problem solving and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize across competing demands.
