About the role:
- Affirm seeks a Compliance Manager to own compliance advisory for the Affirm Card program.
- You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ship compliant card features.
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end compliance advisory for card marketing, onboarding, disputes, and servicing.
- Review and approve marketing, disclosures, and UX for regulatory compliance.
- Maintain compliance risk assessments and develop training materials.
What we look for:
- 8+ years of compliance advisory experience in financial services with card/payments expertise.
- Deep knowledge of EFTA (Reg E), TILA (Reg Z)/CARD Act, and UDAAP.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
