Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with client business owners to identify, structure, and sequence new use cases.
- Own client use case intake, maintain templates, and sequence discovery against timelines.
- Support delivery handoff, track product requests, and keep Salesforce records accurate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of solutions consulting, implementation, or client success experience.
- Strong organizational discipline and experience with structured intake processes.
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and requirements documentation.
