What You'll Do:
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visit screening questionnaires with patients by phone.
- Make outbound calls to scheduled and eligible patients.
- Document patient responses accurately in the EMR during the call.
What Success Looks Like:
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of patient calls.
- Able to speak with a patient while documenting accurately at the same time.
- Consistently meets productivity and quality expectations.
Your Work Environment:
- Fully remote with 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
- Private, quiet workspace where patient conversations cannot be overheard.
- Reliable high-speed internet required.
