Job Description
Primary focus is integration efforts for our Salesforce (SFDC) instance. Review, validate, and or create relevant object data within SFDC as assigned. Follow and help update guides, visuals, and other supporting documentation. Take part in enhancing and improving related processes. Escalate critical challenges within the owned processes and systems to leadership. Ensure outcomes of tasks are aligned with company standards and goals. Contribute to scaling related governance practices. Regularly communicate with leadership for project updates. Perform reconciliations of created/updated data and correct if needed. Subject matter expert (SME) for the processes and tools used in role.
