Qualdoc Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Industrial/Manufacturing Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will work closely with the Account Manager to understand the hiring manager's staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Responsibilities include utilizing various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, screening resumes, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, conducting reference and background checks, maintaining candidate records in the ATS, drafting job descriptions, building relationships with stakeholders, staying informed about industry trends, participating in career fairs, and providing administrative support. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, HR, or customer service, 2-3 years of experience directly recruiting for Industrial/Manufacturing requirements, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
